Photo releases for patron photos?

Hi everyone,I'm doing an informal survey here - when you post pictures of patrons at events or just using the library on your website, do you get permission from those pictured? Do you do anything differently when they are minors? I work with the Ypsilanti District Library, and we would like to start using some of the great photos we've taken over the past few years, but aren't quite sure if we need to secure releases, do something else, etc. Thanks in advance for your help!
